I can’t say enough good things about Embers Edge. The Fire Investigation: Origin and Cause course was outstanding from start to finish. The instructors were incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely cared about every student’s success. They took the time to answer questions, explain complex topics in a way that made sense, and made sure everyone understood the material. What stood out most was how compassionate and approachable the entire staff was. You could tell they truly enjoy teaching and helping firefighters and investigators become better at what they do. Extremely happy with the FFP 1000 Course and that I decided to take it here. Pedro is a great instructor and effectively covered all the material needed to pass the Final Exam with a perfect score. They even provide energy drinks and snacks for the students, included in the cost of the class. I will definitely be going back to get more certifications here.

I took FFP1000 with Instructor Pedro Maturell and had a great experience. The course was well-organized, informative, and engaging. Pedro's knowledge and real-world experience made the material easy to understand and directly applicable to the fire service.
